F1 is an ever evolving sport, each season defined by new rules and regulations that are intended to improve the sport in every aspect, from performance to efficiency. Jenson Button recently discussed what his McLaren Mercedes F1 team has done to prepare their new vehicle, the MP4 – 29, for the upcoming season to meet and exceed the regulations set by the F1 governing board.
In his interview he discussed the impact of changing the engine from a V8 to a V6 Turbo. Making it clear that as long as he was able to drive the best performing car that McLaren Mercedes is able to make under the new guidelines, then he would be a happy driver.
