Any Leader with access to nuclear bombs would tell you that the greatest power is the control of power, choosing to using the gentlest of force to resolve the biggest of issues. In the automotive world their is a new leader and that leader possesses an arsenal of weaponry, from the Mercedes SLR, the McLaren 12C and now the world changing McLaren P1. This weapon is the amalgamation of three automotive engineering key pieces; 3.8L V8, turbo chargers and a electric engine. The U-235 in this weapon is the electric engine, unlike the electric engines you find in the Green Peace Prius, this electric engine is intended to fill the void created as the turbo chargers build to their optimum boost levels therefore creating a constant stream of torque.

This write up is different, this write up is special, this write up contains Chris Harris not in the traditional drifty style that we have come to love from him, but in a more reserved fashion. There is still tire shedding loads of fun, but the main take away from this review is that as spectacular as the McLaren is at blasting pass 200mph, the levels of engineering that went into it that allows it to be driven like an all purpose everyday Civic is mind blowing.
