The Transfagarasan Highway in Romania has been made very popular since the guys of Top Gear crowned it as the best road in the world, falling in love with its continuous spaghetti of meandering roads overlaid on varying contours of mountain crest, back lit by spectacular views. But like all things that are made popular, the appeal factor loses its specialness as the hoards of flashing lights captures its shine.
