Briggs Brothers Discuss The Birth Of The BAC Mono

The BAC Mono from conceptualization to introduction has set the automotive world on fire. It gave us a new way to look at our beloved sportscars. Extreme design that is futuristic but at the same time practical. The Mono represents a wave goodbye to the norm for automotive design, a car created solely for one person to enjoy. With so many government mandates and regulations that affect car design, the modern day driver basically drives around in a cocoon of guidelines. These guidelines do protect us, but it also takes away a significant part of the driving experience, and that is the elements. This feeling of the wind reconstructing your face as you test the limitations of friction is a sensation that motorbike riders have enjoyed for years.
The Briggs Brothers have successfully translated that elemental feeling of passion from the motorbike to a four wheeled construction. This is the life story of the Briggs Brothers, the translation of automotive passion. A love for all things auto that was shared with their Father throughout their life which has led to them creating the Mono. From attending racing events to working on side projects with their Father, the foundation for their love for cars was set from an early age. To learn more about what drove the Briggs Brothers to create the BAC Mono, check the video below.
