The residual effects of Winter Super Storm Hercules on New York City Airports.

New York City airports such as JFK international are still affected by super storm Hercules two days after the storm has passed. The storm has not only affected flights leaving the airport but also the drive to some terminals. There have been reports of it taking approximately one hour to drive from the entrance of the of JFK airport to terminal five. So to anyone that has plans to leave New York City today via JFK airport please be advised that it is recommended to leave significantly ahead of your schedule flight.
