There are very few cars that can say they have changed the automotive industry forever,wearers of the crown include Ford Model T, Honda NSX and the Porsche 959 which for many is considered the first supercar. The 959 solidified Porsche as a truly groundbreaking auto manufacturer, it introduced many new technologies years before many automakers. Since the 959 release, Porsche has released many cars that have made auto fans bend a knee with there introduction.
One car that had us chanting "King Of The North" for many years had its legacy challenged by a mere civilian people carrier, going by the name of Nissan. Since Nissan ripped a hole into the reality of the types of performance that could be expected from an affordable sportscar, those that sit on the throne of high dollar powerful cars, have not been able to rest easily. The mere mention of the word GTR puts the bull back in its cage and ties the prancing horse to its fence. There have been many evaluations done comparing the Porsche 911 Turbo S vs The Nissan GT-R, 9 out of 10 times the GTR invited the Porsche to a hopeful feast which quickly turned to a bloody massacre.
