The update Citi Bike has been waiting for: Cyclenav

Anyone that has used the New York City Citi Bike program will enjoy this new technology by Schwinn, it's a very simple, easily attachable, and very useful navigation system for a bicycle. The system integrates the navigation system of your iPhone, iPad or Android device. You set up your route on your device and transfer the information to Schwinn navigation unit via Bluetooth.  The device is made up of three lights and a speaker, and as your journey progresses it indicates to you via the flashing lights and a audible note to turn left or right. Schwinn took the time to think about rider safety by not incorporating a headphone jack into the system, they want riders to be fully aware of their surroundings while using the device.  Here is to safer more direct journeys, pedal hard.
